Palmer Street has three rooms available for hiring. These are available to therapists who work with children, young people, vulnerable adults and families. In order to hire any of the below rooms, you must be registered with your appropriate professional body and association, have DBS clearance, have professional insurance and supply two referees.
MAX. 3 PEOPLE
Known as the orange room, this snug space is perfect for groups of up to three people (3.34 x 2.29). The room offers a quiet and relaxed feel, which makes it the perfect setting for all different types of therapy.
MAX. 4 PEOPLE
Known as the red room, this larger space is perfect for parents and children, or a family of four. Again, this room has been designed as a therapy room, and is therefore consciously clean and homely; allowing therapy to be the main concentration.
This room is the largest on offer at Palmer Street! Up two flights of stairs, this loft space measures 4.18 x 5.18m and boast Velux windows for great light. Perfect for small groups / yoga / play / massage. Paint and messy play is ok in here!
Facilities include 2 toilets on ground floor which are shared with ground floor office, water for drinks/washing up in kitchen downstairs and kitchenette upstairs has fridge and kettles.
Parking is available in Weston town, as well as 2 hour parking spots in nearby Tesco. You can also park on the road and use the pay and display, or display a disabled badge. You can equally access Palmer Street via train, bus or bike.
£20 a morning (9-12.30)
£20 an afternoon (1.30-5)
£35 all day (9-5)

Payments must be made before therapy room space is allocated.
In hiring any of the above rooms, you agree to; no smoking/vaping in the property of directly standing outside, no lighting incense/fires/candles in rooms, closing all fire doors, keeping corridors clear, closing all windows after use, leaving room as you found it, using only PAT tested electrical equipment.
Access Buzzers for rooms all colour coded. Magnetic entry please make sure you meet clients for the first visit and see them out so door remains locked shut leaving the road door open unattended breaches confidentiality and safety for everyone. All doors must be shut at all times when room in use and empty as fire doors. Corridors are fire exits so must be kept clear at all times. Please familiarise yourself with fire exits and on the sound of any alarm ensure all your clients evacuate the building with you. Risk assess all clients to ensure that their safety is paramount. Ensure all visitors leave the property after their appointment. Record any incidents in line with your policy. Anyone not complying with these matters will be asked to leave and will not be invited to book again.
